What’s on the certificate of analysis?

Each lot ships with a lot-specific COA documenting reverse-phase HPLC purity, identity confirmation by LC-MS, net peptide content, and endotoxin screening by the LAL assay, alongside the lot number, the release date, and the acceptance specification each result is measured against. The COA describes the exact lot in your shipment, not a representative batch.

Purity is quantified by independent reverse-phase HPLC on every lot and reported to one decimal place, with the acceptance specification printed next to the result so you can see the margin rather than just a pass mark. Testing is performed by an independent laboratory, not in-house, so the number is not self-reported.

Every COA is archived against its lot number. Sign in to your account to download the certificate for a past order, or send the lot number printed on the label through the contact page and we will send the PDF back.

How should the material be stored, and how long is it stable?

Storage and stability conditions are lot-specific and printed on each product's specification table and on its certificate of analysis. Follow the conditions stated there; storing outside them invalidates the specification the lot was released against.

Because these are temperature-sensitive reference materials whose chain of custody cannot be re-established once they leave our control, opened or shipped material is not returnable.
